We empower people to become community changemakers through the practice of co-design. We build the skills you need to tackle complex issues, transform systems, and have a meaningful, long-term impact on public policy and human services.
What do we do?

Why work with us
We’re rigorous and experienced. Our methodologies are informed by peer-reviewed research, community wisdom and on-the-ground experience. Our learning programs are led by international expert Dr Emma Blomkamp, who has been working with public-purpose organisations, community champions, designers and changemakers since 2012.
We create safe and generous spaces for learning, with a focus on responsible, ethical practice. We know people are the experts in their own lives, and we’re committed to building a world where communities can collaboratively reshape their futures. We understand that meaningful change happens when we work with people, not for them.
Who we work with
We’re proud to partner with purpose-driven organisations creating change in Australia, Aotearoa, and around the world. Check out some of the clients we’ve partnered with and projects we’ve supported.
“A humane, informed, responsible, ethical mode of working with communities and welcoming the involvement of very different people, whilst safeguarding the group against power dynamics rooted in injustice.”
